When you take out a payday loan, make sure that you are dealing with a LICENSED payday lender. To get the best rates, use a lender who is licensed in the state that you live in. A lot of internet payday lenders are not licensed—many of these lenders charge outrageous rates. Some of them charge $30 for every 100 you borrow! A licensed lender charges much less, depending on the laws of your state.
